marineforum has now been online for 15 months. What began with a few modest small contributions has become a full programme. After only 15 months, we are now at contribution no. 1000. We will soon be making the latest presentations from the Historical Tactical Conferences available and we are planning to publish a collection of technical documentation soon. NATO chief emphasises importance of Arctic security in the face of renewed Russian aggression NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, whose term of office has just been extended, has spoken out on the strategic importance of the Northern Flank amid NATO's biennial Cold Response exercise in Norway.
