Dafür sehe ich aufgrund des von Ihnen zitierten Reports keine Anzeichen. Die Unterschreitung der Verfügbarkeitsquote liegt ja, laut Report, in internen Managementfehlern begründet und nicht in systemischen Schwächen der Plattform.
