Die jüngsten Haushaltsentscheidungen im Deutschen Bundestag eröffnen den Streitkräften, in unserem Fall der Marine, eine einmalige Chance, ihre Einsatzfähigkeit zügig zu verbessern. Doch statt diesen Segen unkritisch in die Kasse der Industrie zu spülen, müssen die zusätzlichen Mittel klug und zielgerichtet eingesetzt werden.
