Evacuation unit Cyprus is reduced

In a joint press release from the Federal Foreign Office and the Federal Ministry of Defence, the Federal Government announced its decision to reduce the forces of the task force for a military evacuation operation. BDSV: Friedrich Lürssen hands over board seat to Tim Wagner

Ukraine: Breakthrough power with new diving drones

The surface drones of the Ukrainian naval forces will only be effective as long as the Russian navy has not developed effective defence tactics. Fassmer builds OPV for Singapore

According to a press release issued by Singapore's Ministry of Defence on 20 November 2023, the city state is procuring four new offshore patrol vessels (OPVs), which will be manufactured by German shipyard Fassmer. NATO: Mandate extension for NATO Military Committee Chairman
