Russia - Submarine relocated from the Baltic Sea back to the Mediterranean

Nach einem mehr als einjährigen Verbleib in der Mittelmeer-Einsatzgruppe der russischen Marine hatte das russische U-Boot 555 „Novorossiysk“ (Projekt 636.3 - Improved KILO-Class, Schwarzmeer-Flotte) Mitte September 2022 Tartus in Syrien Richtung Ostsee verlassen. Ziel der "Novorossiysk" mit ihrer bis zu 60 Mann starken Besatzung war der Marinestützpunkt Kronstad bei Sankt Petersburg, der im Oktober 2022 für eine Werftliegezeit erreicht wurde. Review SMM - Developments in the shipbuilding industry

The German Shipbuilding and Ocean Industries Association provided information on current industry developments at SMM. Under the motto "SMM - driving the maritime transition", the 31st SMM focussed on the maritime energy transition and the digital transformation. Between 3 and 6 September, not only the latest technologies and solutions from the maritime industry were presented. Indo-Pacific Association ends participation in UN sanctions monitoring

The two ships of the German Indo-Pacific Deployment 2024 monitored the United Nations sanctions against North Korea's nuclear and missile armament together with multinational partners from mid-August to mid-September 2024. Public concert in the Bremerhaven fishing port and commissioning of the Bremerhaven Home Guard Company To mark the conclusion of the Fishtown Guard 2024 Bundeswehr exercise, the Bremen State Command would like to thank all participating organisations, local residents and the people of Bremerhaven for their support. On 18.09.2024, 15:00, the Bremen State Command therefore invites you to a public concert in the Bremerhaven fishing harbour. The Wilhelmshaven Naval Music Corps will be playing under the direction of Frigate Captain Matthias Prock. As part of this event, Major General Andreas Henne, Deputy Commander of the Territorial Command of the Bundeswehr, will commission the Bremerhaven Home Defence Company.
