Week of Schools at Wilhelmshaven Naval Base The Bundeswehr Career Centre (KarrCBw) is inviting graduating classes to the "Week of Schools 2025" at Wilhelmshaven Naval Base from 16 to 18 September 2025. Around 470 pupils from ten schools will take part in the event. The Navy and other branches of the Bundeswehr will be presenting themselves to the participants from 9 a.m. onwards. Rheinmetall plant in Unterlüß

Ammunition, ammunition, ammunition! The company Rheinmetall must have heard this call from the inspector of the navy, Vice Admiral Jan C. Kaack. Rheinmetall has opened the largest ammunition plant in Europe in Unterlüß, Lower Saxony. The aim? To supply the Bundeswehr and European partners with ammunition.
