USS Fort Lauderdale In mid-March 2022, the Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) Shipbuilding Division in Pascagoula, Mississippi, delivered the USS Fort Lauderdale (LPD 28), the twelfth of the San Antonio-class amphibious dock landing ships, to the US Navy.
